Information we collect

Zero Ember collects the information a visitor voluntarily submits in the recovery-audit form: name, company, work email, optional website, approximate opportunity volume and optional message.

Do not provide homeowner details, customer records, sensitive personal information or CRM exports through the form.

How we use enquiry information

Zero Ember uses enquiry information to evaluate fit, respond, discuss a possible audit, maintain relevant business correspondence, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe the visitor to a marketing list. Zero Ember will not use the enquiry details for unrelated email marketing without separate permission.

Zero Ember does not sell or rent enquiry information.

Service providers

Formspree processes and stores accepted form submissions and sends the notification used to respond. Read Formspree's privacy policy.

Vercel hosts the website and may process ordinary request, device and security-log information needed to deliver and protect it. Read Vercel's privacy notice.

Email correspondence is handled through GoDaddy Professional Email powered by Titan.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Retention

Zero Ember retains information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations.

Requests

Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction or deletion of their information, or object to certain processing, by emailing aman@zeroember.com. Identity may need to be verified.

Security

Zero Ember uses reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for business enquiries and is not directed to children.

Updates

This notice may be updated. When it is, the effective date will be changed when appropriate.
